It's been a long loong time since my last post. I've been doing great. So many incredible things happening in my life.

I've got a new job

I had a great time in summer and winter holidays with family, my gf family and people that i care so much. I've had never went to south-east of México and the sure thing I need to tell you, is that is absolutely amazing, and it's very, very, VERY hot in there.

I read incredible books: Violet & Finch, "Canciones para paula" and the second one of the series: "¿Sabes que te quiero?" and I really like how the author writes and I love how mellow is it haha i know most people don't. I did a little review in my goodreads (here) of Violet & Fich.

I started my last semester of engineering and has been the greatest semester in college. I keep my workout in taekwondo, actually I'm training better than ever and I'm aiming to get a medal on the national contest this May, I take piano classes and I'm in the process of learning a great song that I would like to share here and in my Youtube Channel, I just need to catch the speed to sound great!

I have learned how to keep my time and stuff organized, I had to, as a person that i love says: "te aclimatas o te aclimueres" haha (I think there is no translation for that) and it's so true. These two lasts semesters of college has been hard but I've learned so much about productivity and take your shit together to success in your projects (personal and academic or work).

So, I would like to talk about it.

First things first, why you are being NOT productive?

Maybe it can be you're not in the mood, too lazy for doing anything, or you're a procrastinator. But don't worry there's always a solution to everything. I'm sure that it is gonna be tough but the rewards are incredible and satisfying af.

Now how can you switch your mind and your bad habits?

There's no easy way and it's gonna take some time, but if you push yourself and be disciplined, you can do whatever you want.

The first step it's to take things slow and little by little, one at the time and soon you'll be able to change things a LOT.

Now, if you want to increase your productivity you have a goal, o set of goals: things that you want to achieve or things you wanna get done, those activities you always wanted to do but you didn't "have time" at that point, so you need to keep your goals in your mind, written down of in a special place. It helps A LOT when it comes the downs and you need to push up yourself, it gives you that punch, that extra you need.

From my experience, this is what i do in my new productive life:

- I wake up before 6AM everyday (including weekends) and this made me get more things done by the end of the day. (This implies getting also early into bed in order to get enough sleep, SLEEPING IS VERY IMPORTANT).

- I workout everyday and I keep myself in the move, the more steps I make in my day the better I feel, physical and mentally. Usually I do 1 hour of gym that consists on an weightlifting routine and then i work on parts of my body depending on the day. (Monday–chest, tuesday–back, Wednesday–legs, thursday–arms, friday–shoulders). And if I have, time I do a little session of kicking (taekwondo).

Checkout my instagram, I post stories doing workouts, food, productivity and more!

- I organize my tasks and activities in a to-do list, this helps a lot to not get stressed out with so much information in your head. I use an app that works for my computer and my phone, it's called "To-doist" if you want to check it, i'll live you a link right here

- Take time for everything, it doesn't matter if you can't complete an activity before time's up, with practice and discipline you can finish it and you'll find time to do it if you couldn't complete it. I started that way and I can tell you it works! If you need to set a timer for a task, do it. Also you need to know yourself in order to know how much time you'll use for a certain task.

THE KEY IS TO KEEP IT SIMPLE and sustainable, nothing crazy or difficult to make. A one single little change will take a domino effect and you'll notice it!

Good vibes to all!!

and thanks for reading. GM.
